Dumpshock Forums _ Convention Information _ SR Tournament at Gen Con '04?

Now that the official event list is out on the Gen Con site I can ask. Is there a SR tournament this year? If I had to guess I would say it's the Kyrie Eleison series of events, but there is another series called Turf War.

Are either the SR tournament? Thanks in advance.

As far as I know its still Kyrie Eleison (which is a great title btw). Cant wait to see you there Wuxing.

You would be correct. Turf War is an independent game, not sponsored by FanPro (Not that this means it isn't a good game).

Kyrie Eleison is the official Shadowrun Tournament, complete with FanPro sponsored prizes. The exact nature of those prizes is still under development, but so far we have: Trophies, gift certificates, and Shadowtalk for a character of your choice in a future SR supplement.

You can thank Mr. Mister for that. I'm sitting at my computer getting ready to submit the events, and we still don't have a title for the Tournament. I'm racking my brains, coming up with stuff that is "ok" but not "good". Suddenly Kyrie comes on my play list.

I know a sign from God when I see one.
