Here is the schedule for Shadowrun events - Note that for SR Missions events, those starting with SRM in the title, require you to create a character before the event. See www.shadowrunrpg.com/missions for more information. All other events are pregenerated characters. Events are 4 hours in length unless noted.

At this time, I cannot tell you how many tables have been scheduled for each event...so sign up early! You should probably show up though in case there is room for generic ticket holders...
