In an early mod, players may get coyote contacts. What is a reasonable price for those contacts to charge them if the PCs want to use their services to cross a border?

I charged 1000 per vehicle, but that's subject to negotiation. I'd definitely raise or lower it based on Table Rating.

On the Coyote contact sheets, it notes that it costs 250¥ per person.
