Posts don't get deleted, they just don't show up with the default setting of view the last 30 days only. (Look at the bottom of the page to change the view.

I dont see any way to change it. I've gone under "My Messenger" and didn't see anything under "Board Settings" either.

That's the view from within the thread. (I know because it offers the "next" and "Previous" options within the Shadowrun Missions forum. Go back to the forum view. Right below the drop down that's in your screenshot, there are 3 additional drop down menus in consecutive order.

The first one is your sort order (Defaults to "Last Post"), the second one is whether its forwards or backwards (defaults to "Z-A") , the third one is the one you want (Defaults to From:30 Days). The last selection in the drop down is "Show All." Which should give you what you want.
