Ok question, could not find it in this forum on a search and the missions FAQ only mentions one section of the Grimoire and not weather the rest is in or out, so.
Can we use the Digital Grimoire in missions?

The PDF only products are still official Catalyst Shadowrun products, so I believe the answer is yes.
