Are the building locations of the different megas listed anywhere? I can place them where I think they would be, but I prefer canon.

How about a hi res version of The Comando Quarterly with the "Welcome to Denver article in it?

Maybe a good .jpg of the map of downtown Denver from the earlier edition Denver book?
