To any and all runners in Japan: I live up in the Fussa area of Tokyo Prefecture, and I am looking for a group to play 3rd Edition or help me learn 4th Edition. If there are other people looking to play as well, maybe we could start our own group. As far as communication goes, I speak English natively, but I can speak Japanese or Russian or French if you aren't a fellow anglophone. It would help if you speak some English as well.
