Has anyone tried Metalheart: Replicants Rampage?

I saw it yesterday for 15 buck at zellers. It looked ok .... Can it be modded?

DO NOT BUY THAT GAME

I'm as a hardcore cyberpunk/computer gamer as you'll find, and I quite literally threw the game away after 20 minutes. It made me want to commit suicide.
