Alright so in recent history I've just been a SR GM. And like most people here.

It's been pretty dark.
However I happened into an anime forum a while back looking for some suggestions (It's hard to find good anime for older tastes). And while there I started poking around running across threads on what kind of anime power would you like to have, what sort of character would you like to be etc.
Anyway I relalized these people seem to be wanting to role play they just don't know it. And some of the responses, especially from females were just so different than SR I dunno. It was cathartic just to read 'em.
Anyway so I'm starting an RPG there and I think I'm about to get swamped with players. Even though the format should let me handle a fair number.
So any GMs around who can step outside of SR and the general "shoot people right in the face" genre for a while that would want to co-GM? If so PM me.
RPG in question is at.

And remember the whole forum there is rated E for "If you fucking pull any of the shit we do every day in our SR games you'll get a banhammer shoved up our asses" Ok, that didn't start with E but you get the idea. You can't even use $*&@ type stuff.
Also advice appreciated. I'm new at this format of forum gaming.
If SR isn't going to be about BOOM HEADSHOT, are you saying it might emphasize character relationships and setting more? Or are you just saying we're using the parental controls to remove the SOF-2-multiplayer-ROC-mod-style brainey explosion?
Are you going to GM High School Girl RPG? (We've got such a game in France, where you play a high school girl, with a lot of different settings... quite surprisingly, it's fun to play once in a while.)
That's easy...just play a World of Darkness type game with SR rules! Change the setting to match the anime expectations and you're good to go. Just make sure to tone down the rules lawyering and keep power levels to that of the book. That means skills at 3 mean you can make a living at it. Someone with a 5 would be very powerful indeed...it's all in attitude and moderating how things are done.
