I would like to put forward my suggetion that Homeland is the most exciting, engaging, tense and all-round best series ever created. The writing and acting are both phenominal. I can't remember any other series, or film for that matter, gripping me in quite he same way.
Just wow.
Thoughts?

Are.... are you talking about the THQ shooter involving the invasion of the USA by North Korea?

Yeah, 'cause that game certainly needed to be longer!

Huh, I thought he was talking about http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homeland_%28TV_series%29 I've been meaning to watch that, just never get around to it.

^^^ This.
That is my primary complaint about Homeland-the-FPS: too damned short. I wanted about TWICE as much story as we actually got.

I was. At first I thought people were joking, but now I'm not so sure. It's won tons of awards, I thought everyone in America would have heard of it
And I advise you do get around to it. It's amazing.
I'm genuinely surprised there aren't more responses though. I thought it would be massive among this board's denizens

I don't watch much TV, period.

I'll add it to my "things to watch" queue. Which I should manage to get through by the time I die of old age...I hope.

Oh thank god. The game Homeland was the only one I was familiar with, and I was like, "WHAAAT THAT IS CRAZYTALK."

Especially as all the hype was about the Single Player, and barely a comment on the multiplayer.
But, no, it's just like your typical FPS games.
Luckily, Far Cry 3.
