ALPHA is released on STEAM for 20 quid (UK)
can send 3 Lite versions to friends and get access to BETA and FULL COPY when it's released .. Half price ? Yes please

Downloading now and can't wait so bad I'm playing ARMA 2 just for my fix

OK,

played the Alpha missions a couple of times ( I LOVES ME SOME HELI CHOPPER !)

and first thoughts are :

1) will my sergeant PLEASE stop having a panic attack and calm the Frag down! ... seriously you need to take a pill man, you're giving me pains !

2) it's Like ARMA-COD .. MW_ARMA ? ... I hope the open world feel is not lost in the full release as this feels railroaded

go to point A .. shoot at bad guys, go to point B .. shoot at bad guys ... blah blah .. blah blah ...

it's just severely dumbed down since ARMA 2 ... I expected more from a military SIM.
