I felt so nostalgic for the 90s...and then I saw someone wrote this up for 3.5. I dunno, I think it's a cool monster.

Good stuff, but personally I think Barney makes much more sense as a Horror.

I'd run a SR game with him as a Horror.

The key would be to run the best horror-themed SR game ever. Complete with buildup, atmosphere, philosophical questions about the darkness of man...and then at the very end, you're blindsided by the Big Bad being Barney the Dinosaur.

It would be some kind of post-modern participatory performance art whereby in real life at the last moment of the campaign all the players' SAN scores dropped to zero.
