Nevermind the physics. The invisible flashlight has burned me out on realism for a couple weeks. I'm just checking the zeitgeist for how you'd handle such a weapon, mechanics-wise.

Upon hitting your target, target must roll a willpower test (Threshold 2) or flee to the nearest bathroom. At the same time target must also make a body test (Threshold 3) to avoid crapping their pants.

I'd call it a sonic weapon of some sort, and base it's profile loosely off the pain inducer (in terms of how hard it has to work to be effective, etc).

Would I allow it? Sure, why not? Squirts can accomplish the same effect anyway.
