One of my teams decided to start legal bountyhunting career.
So they opened office and will start searching Matrix for contracts.
Is there any information how this can be handled or I must make everything by myself? I mean bountyhuntings - like A class criminals, and other levels?
Also, how costly are security features? They want little sidebusiness providing security in district. I suppose they will fail, but I need more or less "normal" prices...
http://onworld.com/BHO/ for stuff about Bounty Hunting... first thing that came up on a Google search, it was.
As for security devices, try http://www.shomertec.com These guys have some pretty nifty stuff, just basics... but with a bit of creative net surfing, you could easily come up with very in depth info to feed your vict - I mean, players...
Bounty hunting is covered briefly in Sprawl Survival Guide (p. 111). In a nutshell: Bounty hunters get their jobs from bail bondsmen and the police. Most of their work seems to come from people who make bail then fail to appear for their court date.
There's a little more in the paragraph of info, but nothing you can really sink your teeth into. I've always wondered if bounty hunters in Shadowrun are eligible for legal benefits regarding firearms or travel.

Also keep in mind, though, that other countries may not share Seattle's (or the UCAS's) opinions on bounty hunting. Remember, in real life there was the case of the bounty hunter who tracked down a fugitive in Mexico (some rich kid's son who was a serial rapist, as I recall), took him into custody, got him on a flight back to the States, and then got arrested by the Mexican police for kidnapping.
