Dumpshock Forums _ Shadowrun _ Street Date for Augmentation

Posted by: Adam Aug 10 2007, 11:21 PM

Just a FYI that Augmentation has a Street Date of August 31st -- that means if your friendly local game store gets in their pre-orders, they should have it available to sell to you on that date. Stores should also be getting Emergence over the week of the 13th-17th, if they do not have it already.

The 2nd printing of Total Warfare and the new Starterbook: Sword and Dragon -- both for Classic BattleTech -- have the same date.

Heh, I guess I'm in the wrong place, but what about the Boxed Set, still planning an August release date?

Posted by: Adam Aug 10 2007, 11:28 PM

When the boxes is in our warehouse and we can confirm the shipping times to our distributors, we will post a street date.

Thanks for the info.

Is there any word on when AMazon.com will list either Augmentation or Emergence?

Posted by: Adam Aug 11 2007, 05:18 AM

No. It's being worked on. When we have news, we'll announce it. [I'm beginning to detect a pattern here...]

Posted by: Casazil Aug 11 2007, 05:47 AM

Ok first off yes I read slow!

Just about done with Emergence when can I get unwired I want rules for all the things that seems to be pretty cool in Emergence.

Oh wait I guess we need Arsenal first cause if Unwired comes out first one of my players will kill me for asking and then getting it first.

feral cities, wtf?!

Posted by: BookWyrm Aug 12 2007, 06:11 AM

Echoed about Feral Cities--- hard data, if you please!

Posted by: Adam Aug 12 2007, 06:42 AM

It covers cities that have gone feral:

A metropolis with over a million people in a state whose government has lost the ability to maintain the rule of law within the city's boundries yet remains a functioning actor in the greater international system.

Chicago is a strong possibility to be in it.

That is all the information available about it.

Feral cities.

You know.

When a bunch of Shapeshifters get together and have 'emselves a barn raisin'.

"Two legs bad, four legs good!"

Kinda gives me that image from an episode of Ghost In The Shell 2nd Gig: The team is running escort through the 'refugee zone' & they're all eyeing the shadows, tense enough to snap at the slightest sound.....

Demonseed Elite posted in another thread, that the book is still in the proposal stage.
