This pertains to an ongoing p&p game, so judicious use of spoiler tags would be appreciated.

I've got a mundane player who's got the attention of a powerful free spirit, and both parties feel like a deal could be reached that grants some power to the PC in return for karma/loyalty/favors/etc. I'm exploring some ideas about how to work this, and thought I'd ask the DS crowd for some inspiration.
1. Can mundanes take the spirit pact quality? The assumption around the forum seems to be 'yes,' but I can't find any authoritative, and most of the suggested pacts imply magical abilities.
2. If a mundane enters into a Power Pact, obviously there isn't the power-for-spell parity, so is it a power-for-karma exchange? How much karma is 24 hours of say, the Concealment power worth? I'm thinking in the 3-5 range?
3. I'm also thinking about adapting the Mentor Spirit rules for a mundane - has anyone done anything like this before?

Ahem.
[ Spoiler ]
1) Yes they can. Life Pact, Dream Pact, and Formula Pact would be the main ones (add Friendship Pact) that they'd be probable to use.
2) Only one or two ask for an exchange of spells. The rest have decent benefits on both ends.
3) No. You could, however, make the Free Spirit a contact and give him Instruction.
