Hey, a few questions about target number modiefiers on defaults. First off, Are the -1 TN modifier for defaulting to knowledge skills from the College Education and Tech School Education edges cumulative with the -1 Mnemonic Enhancer bonus, for a total +2 target number? Second, aside from those 2 edges, the menomnic enhancer, and the VCR, are there any other things in the game that reduce the target number modifier for defaulting?

Without looking, I think you have picked up on everything that lowers your defaulting mod.

And so far as I can tell, yes, the bonuses stack from the edge and the bioware.

Does it make me a jerk that I realize I answered the questions out of order, but I won't go back and change it?
