Dumpshock Forums _ Shadowrun _ Looking for a deck creation program

Is it just me, or are the (cranial) cyberdeck design rules in Matrix really confusing?
Anyways, I'm looking for a cyberdeck design program using the new Matrix rules (not VR2.0), kinda like the old http://plastic.dumpshock.com/shadowrun/software.html.

Has anyone seen anything of the like floating around anywhere?

I've no idea where I got it from, but I have one called Deckbuilder. It will require MS Access, though it has its own .exe

Its about 1.7meg in size. PM me your e-mail address and I'll send it to you, unless anyone knows where it came from and can post a link.
