Can a spirit use Ki-Powers when he's possessing a Ki-Ad's body with whom he's negotiated a dream pact?

Because it's not clearly forbidden? Okay, there's no magic attribute but why should a magical being lose his magical powers just because he's becoming an even more magical being?

The same problem: What happens to other powers related to magic? Could a possessing spirit use HMHVV powers of his host body?
