All 6 Core Rulebooks for SR4A
15 Karma (used AFTER Character Creation, however you'd like)
An additional rule that you start with Resonance*2 Free BP for Complex Forms (that count towards the maximum)
How would YOU make a TM, that you'd play (Not necessarily the most min-maxed guy, though you could go for that, if you'd like)? Good luck!
Are we using the complex form optional rules?
You may use any optional rule form the books you like, as long as you mention that you used it.
