...like, how much per Ghoul...who is paying the bounty...where do you turn them in, etc?

I'm sure someone is still offering ghoul bounties, if you know where to look, but didn't government offered bounties stop a long while back due to ghoulies being acknowledged as sentient creatures? I think there was something in Dunk's will about it, wasn't there? Or were they trying to get ghoul bounties outlawed? Huh, question still stands.

Worst case I'd guess Humanis would still be paying out from some of their backend locations that organize trog stomps.
