Diapers sort of advertise themselves, one way or another.
However, I guess I'm sort of surprised that old people don't. I understand the loss of bladder control. But can't they tell that they just wet themselves?

There are a lot of social factors involved, language barriers, mental capacities. Having worked in a few SNFs I can tell you that there are patients who simply cannot tell you anything. Especially so if they have an infection running rampant that can cause confusion or even delerium.
