My search foo is weak =(

For spell drain is the general rule round down? Is there a minimum drain value for all spells, or can they be zero?
force 1 stunbolt (f/2) -1 = ?

General rule is round in the player's favor, so round down.

As for the stunbolt, I don't remember if there is a minimum of 1 for spells. I kinda think there might be, but I can't remember for sure.

AFAIK, yes you round down & yes there is a minimum drain of 1 whenever a spell is cast.
