Its both IC for the high end Johnson pictured and OOC for the type of people I hope to find.

Er, I think you meant "Pay http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/commensurate with risk." "http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/commiserate" means something very different. Also, "WANTED: Seeking..." is redundant. Choose one or the other.
