If a technomancer has skill wires, and can compile Tutor Sprites, could the sprite use it's Skillsoft Complex Form similar to a possession spirit?

No, because skillsofts aren't anything like possession.
Unless you're willing to argue every time you slot a chip, you get taken over by some alien intelligence, of course. nyahnyah.gif

I'm talking about a character with Skill WIRES

No. Mostly because Skillwires have limits on the maximum rating of the skills used through them, but there is also that Edge can never be used on Skill wire tests, unless you have an expert system, in which case it is greatly restricted.

Nice try but no.

If it's a TM with Bioware, he could just slot that skillsoft provided by the Tutor sprite, with the usual skillwire restrictions.

No he cannot. The sprite has the skillsoft as an innate skill/complex form. That's not the same thing.

I would allow this. The one the OP mentioned seems too weird.

It's true that a complex form is not a regular program, but the whole idea is that it's supposed to act just like one right? A Browse complex form is not a real browse program, but you can still browse regular pages with it.

This is actually a trick i've been using in a game. I was trying to build a Stealth samurai - as in, someone with multiple passes that aren't detectable - like a technomancer has with Acceleration. Biowires are a prerequisite for that.

While a technomancer can't USE a a tutorsprites skillwires, he can have the sprite, once registered, Aid Study to TEACH that complex form. Its more expensive than emulation, but better, because its doesn't have any of its drawbacks.

it IS possible to share complex forms between two entities, but it is not possible by default, as it requires special shenanigans to pull off. A Resonance Bond with a sprite can do it, as can a technomancer network with the associated Echoes that let a group share forms and widgets. Its in unwired, but the name escapes me.
