So now that it is Tuesday there, the Indonesians must be breathing a sigh of relief that their government did not collapse on Monday.

Not sure what you're talking about, can't see anything on any large-scale riots there. A protest or two is not ousting a government.

Really wanted to point to pg 14 of SR1 but alas, that section is vague on dates and locations compared to the current Almanac.

The nature of time requires that dates be unspecified, and it is possible for individuals to use what they learn to avoid their fates. The Prophets are not incorrect, however their predictions only apply to some timelines.

The nature of speculative publishing is that details be nailed down, and that editions are not released solely because "our last edition created a feedback loop that altered the future".

Do not question the Prophets.
