The idea came up while some friends (And members of my old group) were brainstorming characters, and I was bringing them up to date on the changes in Seattle from 2070 when I ran them and in 2073, if/when I run Missions.
The joke came up when they found out that Knight Errant is now "The Po-Po", and wondered what would happen if a tank got parked in the wrong part of town.
For some reason, a war-torn Bagota came to my mind when I pictured it.
