MPC Bridge (cultured bioware from War)

Not one to force alot of composure or intimidation tests but I think there are other uses for this piece of ware. Fear resistance tests one of my players mentioned this along with almost any mental manipulation that goes against the player will should count as "emotional manipulation". For a measly +1 I got no problem with this..if anything I've considered allowing higher rating versions of it. Anyone else looked at it? Use Adrenal Regulator in same fashion?
