Actually happened in a game. After blowing up the building the GM was describing what happens and described the building as being "10 stories tall" as it lifted off its foundation,* collapsed back down, and the intact part ended up leaning over against another building. Everyone around the table went, "Wait what? I thought you said it was a two story building!"

*We piped a gas main into their air tight basement, then set it on fire.

Sadly, Ignite talks longer than a turn for the Burn to really get going. Good spell, though. Used with Oxygenate it becomes awesomely cool, if your GM allows them to synergize with each other. .
