I was thinking Shamanism or Druidism, but neither quite fit.

I'd probably use Shamanism for simplicity. If you don't care for that, look at the Sioux tradition from Street Grimoire.

Yeah use Shamanism as a template and swap spirit of Man for Guidance spirit to represent Ancestor spirits. Not sure about favored spells and powers though.
