SR4, page 264, right hand side under "Improving Attributes"
SR4a, page 270, right hand side under "Improving Attributes"
SR5, page 94, right hand side in the paragraph starting "Keep in mind..."

SR3 natural Max + one half rounded up.
So, 6 becomes 9 and 7 becomes 11.
