Are the Synaptic Acceleration and drugs increasing initiative compatible to each other?
There is a mention of drugs as "chemical augmentations" in Chrome Flesh in a fluff text. That could imply incompatibility.
If it's SR5 then the Max Aug rule as I recall it applies to any form of Aug being Bio, Cyber, Magic or Chem. So while it might stack it will still be limited by MAX
