My character uses an increase willpower, an increase reaction and an increase reflexes foci. If she astrally projects, does she still keep the bonus from the three foci ?

If the spells are Mana based and locked into sustaining foci then the astral forms of the sustaining foci and spells travel with the character and continue to provide their bonus. If the spells are Physical then they do not affect your astral form.

[EDIT] Note that not all Mana spells will help the astral form. As an example, Invisibility will keep the body invisible while active but do nothing to/for the astral form.

In short, yes. And, as a side effect, you can land airplanes on the astral.

Speaking of being lit up on the astral, I keep hearing about casting spells through the focus into the physical.

Does anyone have concrete rules for this? And maybe a page number?

A) the luminocity of multiple spells has been debated, and the results are inconclusive.

B) Grounding is gone, there is no page number for it.

Does this mean that I can't ground a fire ball through someones sustaining focus?

Correct - you can't, and nobody else can either.

Not any more. It was possible in SR2, but has been removed from SR3.

Only in second edition and earlier, not in third.
