Is the spell enhanced aim compatible with the phys ad power distance strike?

No, distance strike uses a normal Unarmed Strike/Martial Art attack roll. This isn't a ranged attack roll, so no Improved Aim.

No. It's more like buying reach for your hand-to-hand attack. You're still using unarmed, so I'd go nix on using the spell.

I wasn't correcting your english, I was attempting to point out that those 2 powers don't do anything to benefit each other. It was a comment on the shadowrun rules, not anything about you.
