tasers arent elemental weapons like flamethrowers or water cannons, are they? if they are can i get a page number? if not then huzzah, i was right

There is no specific reference to tasers themselves, but, generally, electrical damage is considered to be an elemental attack - this is evidenced by the existence of lighting-based elemental manipulation spells.

Tasers deliver electrical damage.
