It doesn't print pretty. There are a lot of things it doesn't handle directly, primarily Specializations on Language and Knowledge Skills and use of capacity for adding cyberware other than limbs/skull/torso. You also are not prevented from or warned about some illegal character build, mainly cyber/bio interaction.
But overall it works ok and should allow for some assistance is chargen until a proper SR4 chargen is built.
P.S. My name is part of the file, but that isn't by my choice. The original author is Autarkis and some of the data comes from the NSRCG, particularly Knowledge and Language Skill lists. I'm just the last person to make changes, so it was posted with the qualifier of my name by the person hosting it, Shadow.
Er, I guess a link would be good.

Note that the maximum Attribute and Attribute costs are correctly adjusted for Exceptional Attribute as well as Lucky. The essense loss from cyberware is also calculated correctly for the Sensitive System (as well as having it's interaction with Bioware essense loss calculated correctly).
However the Aptitude Quality does not allow you to enter the name of the Skill it is for, nor does it raise the natural maximum for any Skill.
EDIT: I also have not tried to use this with Open Office, so results there may be sporatic.
Negative qualities are not appearing to be added up at the top, also there isn't any place for Complex forms =(

A new version will be posted some time soon (email has been sent to Shadow). It will have the date of September 25, 2005 in the top right of the first sheet, above the Legend, to let you know you have the newest one.
This fixes some issues regarding Attribute limits. It now goes red on yellow if you try to purchase a natural Attribute higher than the maximum your race is allowed at chargen. Internally it also calculates the cost for an Attribute in a simplier, more elegant way than previous versions. As a user you won't really see a difference there except that it corrects an error that can occur in calculating the cost for an Attribute you have the Exceptional Attribute or Lucky Quality for.
