Dumpshock Forums _ Community Projects _ Adam: Website and TSS?

Posted by: Backgammon Nov 3 2003, 02:51 PM

Adam, what's with the website? I thought there was a new guy specifically hired so that updates would be more frequent? And when can we look forward to a new issue of TSS? I don't want to pressure you or anything, I know you have more important things to do, but I'm just curious.

There was, and he's working on stuff. I was going to have an update last week, but I spent much of the week migrating to my new computer and working on a different freelance project for FanPro. I'll be posting some stuff tonight and maybe some more later in the week.

TSS status is:

Waiting for the final final edits of Seattle 2063 to come in. Assuming I approve them, I just have to slam the puppy through layout and then it's finished. I was supposed to have the final edits in months ago, but the person I handed it off to has been sent out of town by his day job twice for a couple weeks at a time, so my hands are pretty much tied.

TSS-19 is in progress; most of the articles are picked and edited, and I've even done a bit of the layout. I'm also trying to dig through a huge backlog of articles -- in theory, having a laptop makes that easier, since I can hit a cafe or something, sit, drink coffee, relax, and edit.
