Behind on system maintenance and it caught up with us. Add that to the fact that I was out of pocket since yesterday afternoon until a little while ago and here we are. There goes our 100% uptime for the service this year.. Better luck next year.

90% will hurt, but it's still good enough ^^
and of course, such things ALLWAYS happen when you're out *grins*
