Just a thought .. not trying to get under anyone's skin. Dumpshock is a wonderfully free resource for all some-odd 18,000 of us. If we each paid a dollar a year, would that buy a more reliable server?

The admins have already expressed a dislike of asking for donations, so no, it wouldn't.

Edit: the dislike is stronger than I remembered! Turns out that the actual quote was something along the lines of "will shut the server down before doing another fundraising drive".
