You could always just make a new one by re-registering.

You can try sending a private message a moderator, which was (similarly) suggested to Hot Wheels on the old forums when she inquired.

Or, as it has been officially recognized as not against the rules, you can stop using The Question Man account completely and register under a new name as Doctor Funk does.
