I logged in last night around 11pm or so and when I was done reading the new posts I hit mark all topics read. Next I refreshed my Assistant and it said there were 48 new posts so I clicked view only there was nothing new all posts were marked as read. I have cleaned out my cookies and that was no help it remains at 48 posts even though they have all beed marked as read. I even tried to reset by going to all the topics and opening them didn't work. Tried to go to all the different forums scrolled to the bottom and use the make all topics read link at the bottom of all forums no luck again. Now mind you it matters not to me but I thought I should pass this allong so you can know that something is not working right.

When was the last time you closed your browser?

Did you try rebooting?

Log out and log in?

ok closed browser yes I did that.

no didn't reboot then but it has been 2 days and is still there. (Just became an EQ2 junkie)

Log out log in yep tried that too.

1. Log out.

2. Click 'Delete Cookies' at the bottom of the main page

3. Log in.

Log out. Manually destroy all your cookies labeled Dumpshock. Close your browser completely (File > Exit). Reload and log back on.

Ok I have logged closed the browser out deleated all cookies cleaned up everything cookies temp history yada yada yada.

shut down the computer and rebooted.

just got back on a few min ago still have the problem.

Mine's the same way, but I've never used "My Assistant" before anyway...

Mine seems to open, although I can't do anything with it I never noticed because I never use it. I guess it's related to the Search problem I'm having ... every time I hit 'Search' or 'View New Posts' I get a flood problem.

Ok this problem still exsists and I have now wiped my computer and reloaded it.

So there is no way it on my end not that it matters all that much but I thought I'd post so that the admins know.

I still have the same problem, and have also done a full install since, with no change. This, and the Search and View New Posts features just don't work at all for me, no matter what I do.
