Bunch of really perceptive people this time around (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) . Everyone except Max notice that the Ork has a concealed pistol at the small of his back when you're walking past him into the building.

Seth: I'm assuming you have the F3 spells in your focuses. You'll need to make resistance tests for them as you have to pass through a ward that you can't see on the way into the room. The one holding Increase Charisma will definitely deactivate, and thus drop the spell, since you can't generate more than 6 hits on 6 dice. (Focus force x2). The one holding Increase Reflexes needs to beat 2 successes. The one with Deflection needs to beat 4. If you have your power focus active as well, let me know and I'll roll the ward's dice vs that as well.

Otherwise, giving you guys a couple minutes of in-game time for introductions amongst yourselves if you want. I'm a little time constrained at work at the moment, so I'll put up Mr. Lee's entrance this evening regardless of whether everyone posts or not, since intros aren't critical yet (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) .

Typing up IC responses now, but I would like to set pay expectations here. He's offering 15k per person, which is enough to cover middle lifestyle and have significant spending cash left over for one run in a month. (Or even support a high lifestyle with somewhat less spare cash in the same time frame.) Obviously you can negotiate from there, but I think that's a relatively good baseline for a mid-high level run. Not a zero-zone, but not a pushover either. So, that's where I'll be coming from on pay negotiations, if you guys think it's unreasonable I'm certainly willing to talk it out (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) .

You don't notice anything out of the ordinary about Mei, she's cute, and obviously gets paid well, or had her dress supplied by the teahouse.

Mr. Lee doesn't have anything on him that would indicate Triad affiliation, but from dress and mannerism, he's definitely corporate, and you note that his tie pin looks like it might be a logo, but not one that you can recall seeing before. (2 sets of 3 leaves overlapped into a sort of 6 point star with an open triangle in the center. Not the greatest description, but I'll see if I can find a picture and edit this later if I can.)
