While being hunted my the mob, our team (and I must stress my character was somewhere else at the time) suitably paranoid about the experience thought that 2 people in a bar were eyeing them suspiciously. That encounter managed to end with 2 brutal public murders. Not content with this 2 of the players decided they'd had enough of being hunted and were going to turn the tables by hitting them head on. They then proceeded to try and attack the mob front (restaurant) where we knew they were tooling up for conflict. They burst into a room of 20+ monsters arming their weapons. 1 round later they were in full flight down the street making hunting them a lot easier. I had to bail them out with a timely pickup, but I was close to just letting them die in the street and hoping their next chars were more intelligent...

So, you fell for the old 'press X to die' trick? Can't blame you, it always looks like a joke until too late.
Backtrace whoever thinks they're so clever for adding the button and give them a couple of buttons of their own... you know, stuff like 'Press X to die in acid trap, press Y to die by drones wielding chainsaws, press Z to die by chickens...'
Make sure that the chicken death is suitably spectacular.

Or have you already done this?

It was a long time ago, both in and out of game. And it was long before Bull was a top notch decker (We were still in Chicago at the time), and it was the beginning of a long game of cat and mouse between our team and Kyle Morgan and Perianwyr that eventually ended in a, well, not friendship, but grudging respect with Kyle (and eventually friendship with Peri).
