No no, the shamans you either use a single bullet to show disdain, or you keep them alive until Deus needs some subjects to experiment on.

I'm with Chrome here.

Watching a fool's skin got burnt to a crisp and trying in vain to dance it off is MUCH more satisfying then a bullet to the head.

Speaking of the Intro Box Set...can I reasonably assume that the release of the Box Set and the SR5 core rulebook to be fairly close to each other (if not released on the same day)?

If so, it'd be an all-around win-win, I'd say.

Do we REALLY need Deus-controlled insect techno-spirits?

I can't wait to get my hands on it. The fiction and art they've been releasing has got me pumped, while the dev blogs make me shudder, so I'm hoping that it's the crunch that's not coming across as well as it could. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/love.gif)

Well, in that regard I have an advantage (if you can call it that) in that I haven't actually been able to really play any meaningful games since the end of 3rd edition. I still tend to buy the books just for the fluff and the writing, but the crunch, sadly, doesn't really matter to me anymore. Good news is that the writing has been extremely excellent as of late; I can only hope some novels come out in the near future **HINT HINT HINT HINT HINT**

The dev blogs on the wireless matrix stuff kinda made me a sad panda though, I was hoping the whole "wireless gear/ware hacking" would go away. Oh well, we'll see where it goes.

Just a friendly heads up in case you missed it, but they announced a little bit ago (maybe a month or so back?) that there are six new novels coming out, with the print fiction line starting up late this year.

So the hint's been well taken, trust me. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Two, actually. Aztechnology and Renraku arcologies are both pyramids.

A quick note. This shows the position of the arcologies on the Seattle 2072 cover which places both in the wrong spot. It should actually look like this:

Yeah, I don't think any skyline picture of Seattle has gotten it "right". The artists all take liberties to squeeze all the major landmarks into the picture.
