 Dual-wielding Pistols, Target Penalties? |

I have a character who has ambidexterity and shoots two pistols. So I want to use both pistols and both simple actions during my IP on one target. Does the target have a -1 or -3 penalty for multiple attack inbetween their IP? I would say each gun shot is a separate attack thus a -3 on the four and final shot but one could argue the two shot are one action so it is only one attack.

The first two shots are figured at -1. The second two shots are figured at -3.
Note that all penalties are applied *after* you split the pool for the shots. |
