Alright, since nobody seems to have made or developed a tool like this, I called on the help of someone far more knowlegeable with Excel than I and we worked up this little tool.

http://www.mediafire.com/?3r57w9w85t5kkdg

Users can add their own spells to the codex then look them up as they need them.

It's compatible with D&D 3.0/3.5 and I'm sure it can be changed to be used with other systems.

I'd appreciate any feedback.

EDIT: Does anyone know of any long-term file hosting solutions? Its on MediaFire right now but that only lasts for 30 days (IIRC).

Something someone brought up a few days ago, the program IS compatible with Open Office.

It doesn't look quite as good, but it still works well with Open Office.

I'm working on adding more entries to the program and hopefully I'll be able to update the file with some actual entires.

There's one in there as an example.
