Well this is an interesting find. Seems that Jordan Weisman is wanting to make a new 2D tactical Shadowrun game, a little akin to the old Genesis and SNES setup. All of the info is available on their Kickstart page at http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/161326...adowrun-returns. Seems... interesting. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

*gasp* I'll feign to be offended. "Grr, how could you!"... k, done. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Wasn't sure if it should go in this thread or the General one since it didn't actually focus on the pen-and-paper game. I chose poorly. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Wow. It's just passed the mark where it will be funded. I don't know much about Kickstarter, but that has to be...something for speed. Congrats' to the development team. Let's hope for a really good game. |

If I were rich, I'd donate the 10K in a heartbeat to have Mike Mulvhill run a game of Shadowrun for me.
As it is, I looked at my checking account, and went with the $30 donation. :3 Part of me really wanted the Doc Wagon card, but nobody I know would really get the joke except for me, and, well, like I said, I'd taken a look at my checking account... |

I'm going to slip my DocWagon badge into any con badge holders I get. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
Figuring that I'm probably going to be GMing Shadowrun at gaming Cons anyhow... |

Thanks anyhow Stahl. Even my family is going, "Damn I wish we were rich!" about the $10K reward.
I'll be hitting GenCon this year, so I already have people lining up to be there when I actually play, just to go, "There I was, when CanRay actually got to PLAY for once..." (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) EDIT: As I'll be in the US, I'll also have more health insurance than a DocWagon card, too. |
