Vampire Redemption multiplayer mode, Online Vampire campaigns? Anyone tried it? Options

So I just got Vampire Redemption from GOG.com. It's not nearly as famous as the sequel by Troika but I am glad that I finally tried it. It's certainly not a bad RPG although the controls are clunky.

What seems really cool about it is they have created an online multiplayer that looks like it's set up for playing Vampire games. There's special GM controls, scripting you can do, and character creation. In other words it looks like they created something where you can play something similar to a table top RPG system but using their game engine.

Has anyone tried this? How does it work? Is it as cool as it sounds when you read about it?
