Anyone know of some good computer programs that have the following qualities -

1. Ability to create maps
2. Ability to track character location on those maps
3. Capable of being loaded onto a network and accessed by multiple users

Something similar to WebRPG (webrpg.com) I think is really what I'm looking for. However, I want to use it on a closed network as I may not be able to access the internet from where I'll be.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
