Really, really small. The population of 6.4 million is quite likely to be correct. After all, those areas aren't likely to see a lot of pop growth, and the current population of Greenland is 56k, with a population density of 0.026 people per square kilometer, or 0.14 people per square kilometer of ice-free land.
